Honestly, since I've been staying here I love it, very peaceful, nothing crazy going on and Ms. Linda is an awesome landlord, very compromising and willing to work with you. I would recommend Stadium 700 to anyone that is looking for a place to stay.

Since the very first time we stepped inside of the leasing office, Celia, Rosa and Linda were amazing. I loved it, they explained everything really good and gave me a lot of information. They gave us a tour of the apartments and loved them, very clean. I applied and I'm really happy with the apartment I got.

The staff is friendly. The maintenance crew is great. Deserves nothing but 5 stars.

Moved in couple of months ago. This is my first experience renting an apt. Linda was a lifesaver. She helped a lot to make my move in process easy & fast. I was in couple of apartments before stadium700 but I never felt welcomed anywhere except this place. This apartment is very well maintained by Linda. I rarely face any issues with the apartment.
